Hours of Operation
Regular business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. Exceptions for closures due to holidays, administration, or inclement weather.

The cost of maintenance contracts are calculated on the number of devices, type of devices, response time and age of the infrastructure.
