Hours of Operation

Regular business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. Exceptions for closures due to holidays, administration, or inclement weather.

The cost of maintenance contracts are calculated on the number of devices, type of devices, response time and age of the infrastructure.

*All fees are a minimum of 2 hours per person plus any parts, cables, software licences or other items required to complete the task.
